My husband’s father started making maple syrup in 1937 he was a hard-working man when he passed away, we build a new sugarhouse we tap about 4000 tap if the weather is good, we start tapping the middle of January and then we just wait for the sap to flow usually sugaring starts the end of February into first week of April.
