Early Beginnings

Most of the products on this site are produced right on the farm. The syrup, pure maple cream, maple sugar,

maple jelly and pure maple candies are all made right here. 

Products not made on our farm are from local small businesses in New Hampshire.

The gift boxes are all made from lumber harvested on the farm and sawn into lumber on the farm sawmill. 

Ben hand-crafts the boxes in a shop on the farm and his wife Gaetane designs and makes silk screens for the artwork on the boxes. In her "spare time" she makes American Girl doll dresses and wedding gowns for the dolls. 

The syrup is still boiled with wood in a modern state-of-the-art evaporator.
